Terms and Conditions for Monthly Memberships and Passes

Welcome to FIT4MOM Modesto, offering Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, and Strides 360 in Modesto, California. Below you will find our policies and information on how to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your membership or class pass.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS (Includes month-to-month and contract memberships)

MANAGING YOUR MEMBER & CLASS PASS CLIENT ACCOUNTS

All FIT4MOM Modesto Members and Class Pass clients may manage their personal accounts by visiting: http://www.modesto.fit4mom.com and selecting the “My Account” tab along the menu bar. This will direct all clients to our Pike13 client account management system. Clients may also access this site by visiting https://fit4mom-modesto.pike13.com directly. All FIT4MOM Modesto Members and Class Pass clients must have their Liability Release waiver signed online via their Pike13 account PRIOR to participating in any of our programs.

STAY INFORMED

Our primary method of communication with you regarding FIT4MOM Modesto programming is through the member Facebook Group and Email. If you prefer a different method, please let us know. If you do not receive our monthly newsletter or calendars, please let us know so we can confirm your e-mail information. Many e-mail programs have spam filters. You may want to check your system and add FIT4MOM Modesto to your “acceptable” e-mail list so that our e-mails are not blocked. ****Please email modesto@fit4mom.com for all business matters, we cannot respond to business emails via social media platforms.

PAYMENTS FOR CLASSES

We accept payment by debit cards, Visa, Discover, AMEX, or MasterCard credit cards or cash. All monthly memberships must have a credit card on file. Payments must be received in full prior to beginning any class. Billing periods will reflect a prorated 30-day cycle beginning on the 1st day of purchased services. Monthly payments for debit/credit cards will be charged automatically every 1st of the month for all memberships. If a Member should change debit/credit card companies, have an updated expiration date, or a new billing address, these changes must be submitted via client Pike13 accounts. Funds that are denied for any reason will be subject to a $15 re-processing fee. Please see below for our monthly hold and cancellation policy.

AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT
I authorize FIT4MOM Modesto to initiate a charge to the account entered into Pike 13 for my dues. This authorization is to remain effective until I have canceled my membership in writing.

I have the right to stop payment on an Electronic Funds Transfer debit by notifying my bank. This, however, does not void my contract with FIT4MOM Modesto to fulfill my payment commitment and I am obligated to pay. Dues will be drawn monthly from the account on file on the day of the month when the membership was started. The processing date for debit cards may vary due to banking procedures. If charges are returned they will be subject to a late fee. Members are responsible for updating their credit card information online. Members may not attend classes who have unpaid balances. If a membership remains unpaid it will be canceled.

CLASS PASS PAYMENTS

We accept debit cards, Visa, Discover, AMEX, or MasterCard credit cards for passes. Cash will only be accepted for drop ins. Payments must be received in full prior to beginning any class.

CREDITS/REFUNDS

There are no credits or refunds given for missed classes due to weather or personal circumstances for ANY of our fitness programs. Once a membership fee is paid, it is non-refundable.

HOLD POLICY

Members may place their membership on hold. All holds can be for a period of no less than 30 days and no longer than 2 months each year, not to exceed two different hold periods per calendar year. All Clients wishing to activate holds must submit a request via email at modesto@fit4mom.com 15 days prior to the desired hold start date. Any requests received after a Member’s billing date will be prorated accordingly- holds do not need to coincide with billing dates. There is a one time $30 charge to place a membership on hold. If a Member wishes to cancel during a hold period, the Member will still be responsible for the $50 cancellation fee of their existing contractual agreement - hold periods DO NOT count towards the Member's monthly contractual obligation.

CANCELLATION

Month-to-Month may be cancelled so long as the Member provides at least 30 days notice prior to their next scheduled billing date. Alteratively, member may wish to put a hold on their membership (see Holds).

Our commitment memberships may be cancelled if Member provides at least 30 days notice by email at modesto@fit4mom.com and pays the $60 early cancelation fee. This membership is not transferable to another person or anywhere outside the FIT4MOM Modesto franchise.

Instructors are not authorized to cancel memberships.

STROLLER POLICY FOR STROLLER STRIDES/STROLLER BARRE/STRIDES360

Children must remain in their stroller throughout class for their safety and the overall safety of the class.

PRICING/POLICY CHANGES

Pricing and policies are subject to change.

INITIAL 10-DAY CANCELLATION POLICY

You, the buyer, may cancel this agreement at any time prior to midnight of the tenth (10th) calendar day after your initial payment transaction. To cancel this agreement written notice must be received by FIT4MOM Modesto within the initial ten days. You are responsible for paying for the classes already attended at the drop-in rate.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

For all matters pertaining to your membership, please contact Karla Reyes directly during regular business hours Monday- Friday 9am-5pm at karlareyes@fit4mom.com or 209-214-9074. Our goal is for you and your children to have an amazing fitness experience with us. We realize you have choices for your fitness needs and FIT4MOM Modesto appreciates your business. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us immediately. As we strive to bring you the best program possible, we value your feedback!

**INCLEMENT WEATHER: Although rare, FIT4MOM Modesto will cancel classes in cases of inclement weather. Class cancellations due to these conditions will be announced at least 1 hour prior to class start time. Announcements of any such cancellations will always be communicated on our website, www.modesto.fit4mom.com. Feel free to call or text us at 209-214-9074 Monday- Friday during regular business hours (9am-5pm) for any questions.

**PRE-ENROLLMENT FOR CLASSES: We require ALL clients to pre enroll for their classes. This allows instructors to contact clients should there be any changes to meeting spots or cancellation of classes. Clients must pre enroll at least 30 MINUTES before class start time. Classes may be canceled if there are no pre-enrollments. Any class cancellations will be announced at least ONE HOUR before class start time.

**Equipment for classes: Equipment will be provided for classes.

2023 Holiday Calendar

We will not hold classes on the following holidays this year:

New Year’s Day, January 1st

Independence Day, July 4th

Thanksgiving Day, November 23rd

Day after Thanksgiving, November 24th

Christmas Eve, December 24th

Christmas Day, December 25th

New Year’s Eve, December 31st

Occasionally, classes may be canceled due to scheduled events in which FIT4MOM Modesto is a sponsor or has an official race team. Our offices will be closed December 23-January 2 to allow our team to spend quality time with their families.

AGREEMENT
By purchasing this contract, you are agreeing to the terms of this contract. Terms of this agreement may change with proper advance written notice.
